Terms & Conditions

1. The equipment and castles are strictly for children under 12 years old.

2. You the Hirer are responsible for injury or damage occurring whilst the equipment is hired to you. You are strongly advised to take out Public Liability Insurance covering the use of the equipment for the period of time it is on hire to you.

3. You must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the equipment is in use. The castles and equipment cannot be left unattended, and if hired over night, the units along with all accessories are to be stored indoors.

4. Children must remove their shoes before using the equipment.

5. Children must not climb the walls of the bouncy castles, no food or drink is allowed on the castles or equipment at any times.

6. The Hirer must make sure no sticky string in cans or party popping string is used anywhere near the equipment, as this is very hard to remove. Equipment returned in dirty condition will be charged a cleaning charge.

7. Only our delivery driver is authorised to collect the equipment. Under no circumstances should any equipment be handed over to anyone else other than our driver.

8. All units have been checked before they are delivered to you and are in good working order.

9. Please make sure you have a good clean space available to put the bouncy castle soft play and any other equipment hired from us, no castle or equipment will be left if there is no suitable space.

10. Please note if you have a dog, the garden must be cleaned of any Dogs mess before the equipment will be left.

11. Holding Charge a £50.00 deposit (a cheque with a cheque card or cash) is required on the day, this will be returned to you the next day by post subject to no damage.

12. A £20.00 Booking fee is required to secure the booking by………………………….

I wish to hire the equipment as specified above. I have read the Terms and Conditions and enclosed the sum of £…………… Cheques made payable to Tiddlywinks Gym as a deposit and will pay the remaining balance by cheque 10 days before the booking/cash on the date ( please delete whichever is appropriate) NO CHEQUES WILL BE TAKEN ON THE DAY.
